Copyright and Image Usage Agreement
As the photographer, I retain full copyright ownership of all images provided to the client. The images are provided for the client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without my prior written consent.
RAW, unedited images are not provided to the client under any circumstances. The client is not permitted to alter, edit, or manipulate the edited images provided in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, applying filters, cropping, or adjusting colors.
By accepting the images, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that any violation of this agreement may result in legal action.
